ORDER PROCESSING

All Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders are dispatched within 2 hours of receiving them. For orders within the USA: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within 2 days. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to high sales volumes. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such instances, as dispatch and delivery may require additional time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all delivery address details before completing the purchase. If we consider the address to be incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced if the delivery details were entered incorrectly at checkout.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us as undelivered for any reason, you will be required to pay the full postage cost to have the order resent to you.
